Return Policy

At Movinae, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We’re sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.


Movinae’s Responsibility:

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, our customer service team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide further instructions.

In such cases, Movinae will cover the return shipping cost.


Customer Responsibility:

Please note that customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct product during checkout.

If the customer selects the wrong item, size, or color, the item may still be returned for a refund (product price only) or exchange.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways (to and from our warehouse).


Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with all components included

  • If items are not returned in acceptable condition, the customer is responsible for any incurred costs, and no refund will be issued

  • We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery (COD). Such packages will be rejected

  • Final sale items, promotional items, discount items, coupons, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Incorrect or defective items received

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

(Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved. Movinae will cover return shipping costs in this case.)


2. Non-defective items (wrong size, color, or change of mind)

If you received an item in good condition but would like to return it due to size issues, color preference, or other personal reasons, we accept returns under the following condition:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs


To initiate a return, please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase (photo or video, if applicable)

  • Full shipping address

  • Contact phone number


WHERE DO I SEND RETURNS?

RETURN SHIPPING & CONDITIONS

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after purchase

  • Most items shipped by Movinae can be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted (except for quality issues)

  • After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information and order details

  • Some products may have specific return conditions depending on category or supplier


RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange
Step 2: Provide your order number and email address
Step 3: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address
Step 4: Carefully pack the items and include all original packaging (box, tags, dust bags, etc.)
Step 5: Ship the package and keep your tracking receipt


REFUND POLICY

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain period, depending on your payment provider.
